Shopping and Method of Payment
In A Twist has online shopping using Paypal .  Due to most of our business being custom made orders we no longer offer immediate purchase buttons on the website. If you would like to purchase a product,  you can still pay via PayPal.  Send an email to marie@inatwist.com specifying what you would like and upon finalising your design In A Twist will email you a PayPal invoice and you will have several options for payment.  Customers in the past prefer this method and said the shopping experience was enjoyable!

The alternate method of payment is via cheque.  Once the funds have cleared your purchases will be shipped.  If this is your preferred method of payment please specify in your email marie@inatwist.com

Method of Shipping
We are currently using Canada Post for delivery.  The parcels are insured and sent expedited post.  Each order is looked at independently and the shipping costs are adjusted accordingly.

Please include your shipping address in your email.  Once your order has shipped a tracking order number will be forwarded to you.

Rush delivery services are also available and will be quoted per order, again please specify when you require the product and we will source an alternate shipping method to meet your timeline.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 30 days from purchase date.  Money will be refunded upon receipt of the product with the exception of the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
